Exchange policy

At Horse Vibes, your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, whether it's due to a size or style issue, we'll gladly exchange your item for another. To be eligible, returned products must be unworn and in perfect condition (free of pet hair, odors, or stains); otherwise, we may refuse the exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us by email at info@horsevibes.ca . Please note that the customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the replacement item. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Finally, please note that we only accept exchanges; no refunds will be issued.
